Shoot for the Moon patch and lookout game - must register by September 12, 2025

2 locations

The fundraiser is beginning for 2025.

We are selling at Dollar General and Pruetts Market

There are 4 selling slots per location - so we need 8 signups each day - 2 scouts per slot per location.

It’s possible for 2 cub families to be selling in one location at the same time - and share a slot, but please fill out all slots in a day before doubling up.
If not all slots are filled on a day we’d prefer the last slot to be empty, so the stall doesn’t have to be broken down and re-put up in a single day.
Slots are 2 hours long.

  • 10am to Noon
  • Noon to 2pm
  • 2pm to 4pm
  • 4pm to 6pm

Selling:

You will need to download the “Square Point of Sale - Payment” from Android or Apple app store onto your phone.

We will supply login/password for each location. Each location has it’s own username/password - please make sure you use the right one (if you have sold in both locations you could accidentally use the wrong username/password - so please check.)

Square is really easy to use. The card readers will be fully charged when you pick them up - they should last all day. If not Call Tim - they are charged via USB.

Pickup/Setup

Come to my house, Tim Fuller, 965 Ladder Trail Signal Mountain, Tim 423-463-0465

What you need will all be together in my garage - pick up the pile of stuff for the location you are selling at.
Please text/call when you are on your way to pick up.

You will need space to pick everyting up in your car/van/truck.
I suggest, at a minimum, an empty trunk.
You may need to empty something out of your car to make space - I know you have kids :)

You will have to pick up :

  • Moon pies (many boxes)
  • Table
  • Selling tray/box for your location (contains cash and card reader & more instructions)
  • 2 chairs
  • Signs

Dropoff

Bring everything to my house, Tim Fuller, 965 Ladder Trail Signal Mountain, Tim 423-463-0465
Please text/call when you are on your way to drop off.
You will have to drop off:

  • Moon pies (whatever is left)
  • Table
  • Selling tray/box for your location (contains cash and card reader)
  • 2 chairs
  • Signs
  • Cash/Sales for that whole day.
